This compact and handy board is crafted from top-quality natural materials, specifically birch plywood and Ballistic nails forged from steel. The nails are strategically arranged in a rhombus pattern with a spacing of 0.39 inches (10 mm), which is the standard configuration for Sadhu Boards.
This model is ideally suited for advanced users. If you're a beginner, we recommend starting your Sadhu practice with socks on. Once you feel comfortable, you can progress to practicing barefoot. Keep in mind that the greater the distance between the nails, the more challenging it will be to balance on them, and vice versa. The Board is compact and handy.
