Orders are fulfilled through Amazon's fulfilment network, which is why most customers receive their board in a few days rather than a few weeks.

Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import taxes
Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot predict or control them, and delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You can return any board within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, including boards bought at a sale price.
How to return
- Email service@tengry.store with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address. The address depends on where you are, so please wait for our reply before sending anything.
- Send the board back with all its parts and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Return costs
Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We do not deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return, and we email you when the refund is issued. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post it.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the board is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email service@tengry.store within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will pay for the return or send a replacement.
European Union and United Kingdom: right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU or the UK, you may also cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Send us a clear statement, for example an email to service@tengry.store. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your cancellation, but we may wait until we receive the board back or you show proof that you sent it. You pay the direct cost of sending the board back. This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy.
Exceptions
Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
