Tengry Sadhu board with aluminum nails, 12 mm spacing, natural wood, about 32 cm long

Sadhu Board Size Guide: Will It Fit Your Feet?

Your whole foot should rest on the nails, not on the edge of the board. Here are the dimensions, weight and maximum foot size of every TENGRY Sadhu board, and an easy way to check the fit.

How to measure your foot

  1. Stand on a sheet of paper against a wall, heel touching the wall.
  2. Mark the tip of your longest toe.
  3. Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres. Measure both feet and use the longer one.

Compare the result with the maximum foot length in the table. If you are within about 0.5 cm of the limit, the board will still work, but your toes will sit close to the edge.

Weights are for the set as listed in each product description. Every set is two interlocking boards, one per foot.

Why two boards instead of one

Two separate boards let you set your own stance: hip-width, closer together, or slightly angled. They also interlock nail-to-nail, so the set packs into a compact case for travel.

If your feet are larger than the limit

  • Choose a model with the larger limit (29.4 cm).
  • Place the boards so the heel and the ball of the foot are fully on the nails; the toes can rest just past the edge without changing the practice much.
  • If you are unsure, write to us at service@tengry.store with your foot length and we will tell you which board fits. Returns are possible within 30 days.

Shared boards

Families often share one set. Pick the board for the largest foot in the house; there is nothing to adjust between users. Wipe the nails between users.

FAQ

Do I need a bigger board if I am heavier?

No. Size is about foot length. Body weight changes the intensity, which you control with spacing: closer spacing (8 mm) spreads the load over more nails.

Which board is lightest for travel?

The aluminum 8 mm set at about 500 g.
