The TENGRY Sadhu board is a handmade nail board designed for standing-on-nails meditation, yoga practice and acupressure foot massage. Built from eco-friendly birch plywood with corrosion-resistant aluminum nails arranged in a Hexagon (Flower of Life) pattern, it spreads pressure evenly across your feet.

Highly impressed with that quality of this board, the packaging and the design. I look forward to continuing using this board! The board has magnets to keep it together (this is my first so I’m not sure if that’s a standard thing with sadhu boards). And the box it came in was so sturdy I was planning on using it as a storage case until I opened it and found a storage bag included!

This tool is amazing. I am a size 12 shoe, size 11.5w boot. My feet fit on these with just an tiny bit of room to spare at the sides, but plenty at the toe and heel. More than comfortable, as comfortable as aluminum nails are anyway.Start slowly, it's not a race or a show of courage, it's actually the opposite. This is submitting to the moment, the pain that turns into bliss if you can pass the 3-5 minute mark of standing.I experience a full body warmth, and glow for the rest of the entire day after using this for just a few moments in the morning.Breathing is key with this tool. I do 4 seconds in, 4 second hold, 7 second exhale, audible if need be on the exhale. Excellent for Chakra work.

Painful? Yes. But also exhilarating once you get off.I live in a 400square foot apartment and a cold plunge isnt as doable. This is so convient small and challenging.One of the best purchases I have made in a really long time. The board looks better in person too! I trust this brand now so my next board with further spacing will also be from them.Highly recommend for beginners!

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Board. Stehe jeden Abend ca. 20 Minuten darauf und merke wie immer mehr Ruhe einkehrt. Die Faszien lockern sich und ich kann danach auch sehr gut schlafen und wache morgens erholt auf. Ich möchte nicht mehr darauf verzichten :-)

Hervorragende leichte und kompakte Sadhu-Boards für Anfänger. Die Spitzen der Aluminiumnägel sind abgerundet. Die Nägel sind 2,7 mm dick und ragen 8 mm aus dem Brett heraus. Die Länge der Nagelabdeckung beträgt 29 cm, die Breite 10 cm. Es wäre gut, diese Werte auf 31 und 12 cm zu erhöhen.
