Why the Hexagon nail pattern? The Flower of Life arrangement spaces nails equally in every direction, so pressure is distributed evenly across the foot rather than concentrating in a few spots.
How to practice: start with socks for a gentler feel and gradually progress to barefoot as your confidence grows. Begin with a few seconds and add a little time each day. A minute a day is enough to feel the difference.
