30-day returns
You can return any Sadhu board within 30 days of receiving it. The board must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Items on sale are covered by the same 30-day policy.
How to start a return
Email with your order number. Once we approve the return, we will email you the return address and instructions. Parcels sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If the board is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.
Return shipping costs
For returns that are not caused by our error, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post the refund. If you have not received it within 15 business days of approval, email .

The fastest way to get a different board is to return the one you have and place a new order.
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom
You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to . We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your statement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. This right applies in addition to our 30-day return policy.
